Acknowledgement of Subscription for Easitrack Service
I hereby acknowledge that, as an authorized user of this account, I agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the subscription of Easitrack GPS Tracking Service:

Payment Information:I understand that in accordance with company policy, when placing an order for a new device, the 1st month of service will be included in the payment. (The payment information provided at the time of placing the order will be used for future billing, unless otherwise notified.)

Account Changes:I agree to submit a written request for any changes to the account, including company information, billing, users and addition or cancelation of services. Such requests must be emailed to: support@easitrack.com

Dispute Resolution:I understand that any disputes regarding charges must be submitted in writing along with detailed information supporting the claim and emailed to: support@easitrack.com, thus allowing Easitrack a period of 7-14 business days to resolve the case.

Billing and Usage:I acknowledge that billing is based on the number of units listed under the “Active Units” tab in the customer’s account, or used within any given day, during the last 30 days prior to the billing date. (Billing for service is not prorated.). Customers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their listed units for billing purposes.

Device Management:I acknowledge that Easitrack is not responsible for suspending, cancelling or deactivating faulty or unused devices from customer’s accounts, issuing replacements for faulty devices, or troubleshooting issues on devices without a written request from the customer.

By continuing with the subscription of Easitrack GPS Tracking Service, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above.
